I’m not gonna lie, at first I thought it was a bit too personal the way her interview style is… she’s a very personal person and she always wants to be comforting. It’s very obvious she has a heart of gold in every interview. If you’re commenting that either she “knew what she was doing” or “17 is old enough/basically an adult” or trying to defend the situation with age of consent laws in various states, either you ARE 16/17 dating someone 20+, you WERE 16/17 dating someone 20+, or you are the 20+ who likes to fuck teenagers. That causes problems. And you won’t be able to see it until youre older. As a 21 year old, i would not even think about dating or having sex with someone 19 years old or younger. You have to put aside how grown up you may feel and think about why that full grown adult wants to be with a teenager in the first place. It almost always boils down to them either wanting some level of control over you or them simply being attracted to children and trying to see how much they can get away with with someone who is not a child but still not yet an adult.

Birthdays are about you, fathers day is about being a dad and family, mothers day is about mums and family, Christmas is about family. Your birthday is you. If you think you're ok with sharing a birthday and Christmas where you watch every other kid get a gift too, imagine sharing a wedding with another bride walking down the Isle. Imagine sharing the birth of your child with someone else you know. Seems less special right?...
